Nearly all of these permits will require proof of liability insurance with specific language naming the State or its agency as an additional insured party. There are so many stunning locations all over the island. It is even difficult for me to list my top 5! My advice, as a photographer with many years of experience, is to pick a location based on backdrops that suit your personality, your home (think of huge artwork), and your activity level.
